Drying Chilis

We hung these chilis to sun dry at the end of the summer, beginning of fall. Later, they would be blended to a fine powder and used in home made kimchi. When blending the chilis, the air becomes spicy and it’s a little harder to breathe, but the effort is worth it in the end.
